FAQ

What about phone calls and email?

Email is our preferred way to respond to a question or concern. The client is more likely to get a thorough answer to a question or concern if they communicate by email.

However, we realize that sometimes a person to person communication is the only way to go. When that occasion arises, call our office and you will be given a phone appointment to talk to your lawyer. (985) 327-3024.

What is not included in the costs?

Court fees and filing fees. Court fees must be paid IN ADVANCE by check written to the Clerk of Court of St. Tammany Parish. A list of fees can be found online here. These are COURT related fees. You will have to pay these costs no matter who you choose to represent you. If fees are not paid in a timely matter, the lawyer may withdraw from representation.

What method of payment do you accept?

Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), cashiers check, money orders, and cash.
