What's It Going To Cost?

Practical Flat Fee Divorce.

Legal fees can be scary and raise lots of questions. How much will a divorce cost?  Well, it depends on how complicated your issues are and how emotional it gets.

We believe that clients should be fully informed about what they are spending and why they are spending it. For that reason we offer flat fee payment by the service so clients know up front what they are spending. Clients never have to worry that an email or phone call will put them over budget. Generally, we do not bill clients by the hour, require a retainer, or bill for administrative, postage or copying costs. Clients pay court costs directly to the Clerk of Court’s office.

If clients decide to retain us for services outside of their original contract they can decide to do that at any time during the representation. Each service will be by specific written contract and unless it is an hourly billed service, the price will be known upfront to the client. No expense will ever be a surprise.
